The Frazier Family · Santa Maria, California
Michael Frazier started racing at Santa Maria Speedway in 2000. That's him with the blue #15 — trophy in hand, one of his sons at his side. In just his first three years behind the wheel he earned 18 race victories — while still learning the sport. He went on to race many different cars over the years that followed. His wife has been in the same spot in the grandstands for every lap since. Today his sons Markus and Matthew carry the #15 — and in the summer of 2026 both of them are simultaneously in championship contention for the first time in family history.
St. Joseph High School alum and Santa Maria native. The quiet, consistent competitor who just keeps banking points. In 2026 he is the outright championship leader at Santa Maria Speedway and ranked #12 in all of America nationally in IMCA Modified.
St. Joseph High School junior and football player #15. Won his first 2026 feature at Bakersfield on April 18 — aired live on IMCA.TV. Currently 1 point from the Santa Maria championship AND 2 points from the Bakersfield lead simultaneously. #9 in the IMCA Junior National division.
Both Markus and Matthew are in top-3 championship positions at both their home tracks simultaneously — in 28 years of Frazier family racing this has never happened before. These are official standings from MyRacePass.com as of June 13, 2026.
