The Frazier Family · Santa Maria, California

Three Generations.
One Number. One Family.

Michael Frazier started racing at Santa Maria Speedway in 2000. That's him with the blue #15 — trophy in hand, one of his sons at his side. In just his first three years behind the wheel he earned 18 race victories — while still learning the sport. He went on to race many different cars over the years that followed. His wife has been in the same spot in the grandstands for every lap since. Today his sons Markus and Matthew carry the #15 — and in the summer of 2026 both of them are simultaneously in championship contention for the first time in family history.

That blue #15 — sponsorship from Dale's Alignment — is where the Frazier racing story begins. Michael started racing in 2000 and in just his first three years he earned 18 race victories, all while still learning the craft of setting up and racing a car. Those wins came early and they came often. It was a strong start to a long career that would take him through many different cars and many more Saturday nights on the dirt.

His wife was in the stands for every one of those wins — and she hasn't left that spot since. The love of racing, the passion for competition, and the pride in the #15 — all of that passed from Michael to his sons.

Today Markus leads the Santa Maria Speedway Modified championship and Matthew is one point from the SportMod title — simultaneously, at the same track where their father first found victory lane. A different era, different cars, same number. The family never stopped.
